SPRINGSTER: CHATBOT
Character design and promotional items for Springster's "chatbot" service, which provides girls with instant accessible guidance on sensitive topics and creates a personalised trusted relationship by providing judgment-free, expert and relevant information.
The project required a distinctive persona prototype which took the form of a relatable "Big Sis" character.

- Good at lightening the mood but able to be serious when it is required
- Encourages girls to aspire to be the best versions of themselves
